SARAJEVO, March 6 (Hina) - Bosnian Presidency member Kresimir Zubak
on Friday met Deputy High Representative for the implementation of
the Dayton agreement, Hans Schumacher.
Zubak's office stated that the two officials discussed the
beginning of the process of return of Croats to the eastern Bosniak
(Muslim)-controlled part of Mostar, as well as about opportunities
for the establishment of the judiciary in Mostar municipalities.
Schumacher and Zubak also agreed on concrete steps which would
secure the return of Croats to the central Bosnian municipalities
of Kakanj and Vares (under Bosniak control) and the northern
Bosnian municipality of Bosanski Brod (under Serb control).
Schumacher also agreed with the need to solve the problem of housing
Bosnia-Herzegovina's central bodies of authority, promising
expert assistance from the Office of the High Representative.
The Croat side believes that a good solution to the problem of where
central authorities would be located could be the establishment of
an extraterritorial zone in Sarajevo.
