SARAJEVO, Feb 21 (Hina) - Air traffic between Sarajevo and Belgrade
could be established in March, Sarajevo's daily "Oslobodjenje"
said on Saturday.
General Director of the Bosnia-Herzegovina air transport company
"Air Bosna", Omer Kulic, said after his visit to Belgrade at the
invitation of representatives of the Yugoslav air company JAT, that
he had held talks about the establishment of air traffic between
Bosnia-Herzegovina and FR Yugoslavia.
The first step in that direction would be the establishment of
commercial flights between the two cities, Kulic said.
He added that JAT representatives had expressed readiness to help
with the opening of an air corridor east of Bosnia-Herzegovina,
which would shorten flights from Sarajevo to Istanbul by an hour and
a quarter.
