ZAGREB, 13 Feb (Hina) - The joint Croat-Yugoslav commission for the
implementation of Article 7 of the agreement on the normalisation
of relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Federal
Republic of Yugoslavia, met in Zagreb on Friday.
According to a statement from the Croatian Government's office for
succession to the former Yugoslavia, representatives of the
Croatian Agency for Facilitating Real Estate Transactions and the
Yugoslav service for property protection should "as soon as
possible" prepare a protocol of cooperation for signing.
According to the statement, at the meeting representatives of both
countries expressed their readiness to enable the two-way return of
refugees and displaced persons to Croatia and Yugoslavia.
It was affirmed at the meeting that real estate transactions as
included in the agreement on normalisation of relations are "free
and in process".
It was also agreed that discussion on property of corporate bodies
from both countries, which commenced today, would continue at the
next meeting.
