ZAGREB, Dec 30 (Hina) - The president of the Action of Social Democrats of Croatia (ASH), Silvije Degen, on Thursday announced that he would not run in the upcoming presidential election, although his party's presidency today
recommended that he announce his candidacy. Addressing reporters, Degen thanked the presidency for its recommendation but declined it. "I believe that I am a member of the victorious (Opposition) Four coalition and that they shouldn't be a coxed fours," Degen said announcing the ASH would in the upcoming elections support the two candidates nominated by the 'Opposition Four' coalition, whose associate member the ASH is.(hina) rml
