ZAGREB ZAGREB, Dec 29 (Hina) - The Social Democratic Party/Croatian Social Liberal Party (SDP/HSLS) coalition on Wednesday held its central election rally for the sixth constituency in Zagreb. Addressing the rally, SDP president Ivica
Racan announced the revision of the ownership transformation and privatisation processes. "A law on the revision of ownership transformation and privatisation will be on the agenda of the first parliamentary session and we will then have enough seats to implement it," Racan said. If the coalition wins the election, it will continue the privatisation process, however, "funds earned from that process will be spent for new jobs, and not go into private pockets, as has been the case so far." The SDP/HSLS coalition today nominated Drazen Budisa as its presidential candidate and announced that it would support Racan as future premier.(hina) rml
