equipment is obligatory for all vehicles, whereas freight vehicles are banned from roads in the central Croatian region of Gorski Kotar. A strong rain was reported in the southern region of Dalmatia. The bridge linking the mainland with the northern Adriatic island of Krk is closed for the first category of vehicles. The ferry service linking the mainland with the island of Pag is not operating on the Prizna-Zigljen line, but maritime traffic under the Pag bridge is regular. Since 8 am today freight vehicles have been able to enter Slovenia with obligatory winter-driving equipment.
