NUMEROUS OFFICIALS WRITE IN BOOKS OF CONDOLENCE IN CRO EMBASSIES ACROSS WORLD

ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - On the occasion of the death of Croatian President Franjo Tudjman, numerous officials wrote in the books of condolence, opened in Croatia's diplomatic offices, the Croatian Foreign Ministry reported Tuesday. On behalf of the Spanish Government, Spanish Deputy Foreign Minister Ramon de Miguel wrote in the book of condolence in Madrid, and extend condolences of Foreign Minister Abel Matutes, who was currently out of the country. The Holy See secretary for relations with foreign countries, Msgr. Jean-Louis Tauren wrote in the book of condolence in Croatia's Embassy to the Holy See. On behalf of Israeli authorities, general director of the Israeli Foreign Ministry Eytan Bentsur wrote in the book of condolence in Tel Aviv. The President of the Austrian Constitutional Court sent a letter conveying condolences to Croatia's Embassy in Vienna, and the President of the Peutiger Collegium, Gerhard Constantin Treutlein offered condolences to Croatia's Consulate in Munich. On behalf of the Indian Government, State Foreign Minister Ajit Panja wrote in the book of condolence in Croatia's Embassy in New Delhi. On behalf of the Malaysian Government, Foreign Minister Hamid Albar wrote in the book of condolence in the Croatian Embassy in Malaysia.
