Domi said international organisations would secure full control
over the voting process at all polling stations in the country.
We want to ensure 100 per cent control at this election, she said.
She added guarantees had been received from the Croatian Government
that voters' lists would be publicly available during the voting.
The publishing of these lists was one of the requirements set by the
international community with the aim of being able to proclaim the
organisation of the election on Bosnia's territory democratic and
fair.
According to the existing decision, the out-of-country voting,
including Bosnia-Herzegovina, should begin on January 2 and last
two days.
