President Tudjman's overall health condition is very critical. Necessary measures for intensive medical treatment have been taken. The statement, signed by Dr. Branimir Jaksic, was issued 9.15 AM Wednesday.CROATIA EXPECTS MORE OBSERVERS AT JANUARY ELECTION THAN IN 1997ZAGREB, Dec 8 (Hina) - The office for coordination of observers at the Croatian parliamentary elections, scheduled for January 2000, has to date received applications of some 320 monitors. It is estimated that the January elections could attract twice as many observes as there were during the presidential election in
