ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - "The Croatian World Congress can help justified demands of Croatia towards the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia", said representatives of the Croatian World Congress, secretary general Josip Sovulj and vice president for South America Jure Gadze, at talks with Croatian Justice Minister Zvonimir Separovic, Croatian Justice Ministry said in a statement Monday. They expressed particular interest in the promptness of courts in cases of criminal and civil manners conducted due to risky savings of Croats from abroad. The representatives presented reasons for a constitutional suit filed by the Croatian World Congress to the Croatian Constitutional Court, which read that Croat citizens in the world would be placed at an unequal position at the upcoming elections.
