Croatian Christian Democratic Union (HKDU), Croatian Peasants'
People's Party (HSNS), Croatian Pure Party of Rights (HCSP),

According to the law, in case of temporary disability, the
President of the Republic is replaced by the President of the
Croatian National Sabor.
Temporary disability comes into force after the President of the
Republic has established it by written decision. If he is not able
to do so, the Government submits a request to that effect to the
Constitutional Court. If the President is not performing his
duties, the Government is required to initiate such proceedings
within 30 days at the latest from the day when it has established
that the President is not able to perform his duties. The
Constitutional Court is required to decide about the Government's
proposal within 24 hours.
According to the decision of the Constitutional Court, the
President's temporary disability would last 60 days. Upon the
expiry of this deadline and if the reasons for temporary disability
have not ceased to exist, the Government shall suggest to the
Constitutional Court to re-establish the President's temporary
disability.
