ZAGREB, Nov 11 (Hina) - Croatia's oil company Ina and Germany's "Debis IT Services" will found a joint company for providing computer services on the Croatian market, with a possibility of extending onto neighbouring markets. The agreement with equal ownership shares was signed in Zagreb Friday by Ina general director Davor Stern and Debis IT Services board chairman Karl Heinz Achinger. The company will provide complete computer services of planning, construction and management. Pursuant to the contract, one of the first tasks of the newly-established company will be the development of a joint centre to process information and ensure development and applications for Ina. At the same time, a market research will be carried out so services could be provided to other users in Croatia, mostly in public services, including ministries, utilities, the health system, passenger and other transport and the financial
