Their newly founded organisation goes by the name of "Croatian
National Men's Organisation" (NOMAH).
On Wednesday morning NOMAH activists could be seen industriously
handing out their interesting pamphlets in front of the Croatian
National Sabor.
The pamphlets read that the purpose of the organisation was the
promotion of men's human rights, based on principles of the General
Declaration on Human Rights.
The NOMAH members claim they would advocate the spreading of
tolerance and understanding between men and women.
Main tasks of the NOMAH, however, will be the realisation of men's
rights in the fields of labour and employment, health and health
care, education, culture and sports.
NOMAH activists said they would, through the Croatian Government,
request of the United Nations to pass a convention to abolish all
forms of discrimination against men. They also demanded that the
United Nations establish a fund for aid to men in this
organisation.
