chief-of-staff Ivica Kostovic on Thursday received a delegation of the international association of former political prisoners and victims of communism, which has 15 members-countries, the Croatian President's Office reported. "Since it gained its independence, Croatia has been strongly against the totalitarian communist regime giving necessary attention to insuring rights to former political prisoners", Kostovic stressed.
