DUBROVNIK, Oct 26 (Hina) - The eight congress of the International Association of former political prisoners and victims of communism started in the southern Adriatic town of Dubrovnik Tuesday. Representative of German political
prisoners Roland Bude told a press conference that the conference is attended by 28 delegates from 16 countries from Estonia to Albania. According to Bude, the international association of former political prisoners and victims of communism does not want the revenge. He, however, stressed that the association was disappointed because criminals were rarely brought to justice. Bude said that officials in 18 former communist countries "changed their coats inside out" and were performing important duties in democratic systems. The idea of establishing international court "Nuernberg 2" was never implemented, Bude said. He said that the court would put on trial everyone responsible
