ZAGREB ZAGREB, Oct 21 (Hina) - By lighting candles in front of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Zagreb, representatives of the APEL centre, the Croatian Population movement and the Croatian Rear Front on Thursday
protested about the inefficiency of the Red Cross in finding the whereabouts of 1,675 persons who went missing during the aggression on Croatia. In a letter forwarded Thursday to the president of the ICRC, Cornelio Sommaruga, APEL representatives requested the publishing of a book with the names of 44,370 Croatian prisoners which ICRC delegates visited in 1991 and 1992. APEL is also requesting that a special book be published with information about all persons registered as missing, along with information about the times and locations of their imprisonment.
