reporters on Thursday, commenting on talks between the HSU and
opposition parties on establishing election coalitions.
The HSU will decide about cooperation with other parties once the

parliamentary parties which have a larger membership than those
parties having representatives in parliament.
Compared to opposition parties, the ruling Croatian Democratic
Union (HDZ) has a big advantage as regards the presentation of its
programme because its leaders have the opportunity to appear on
Croatian Television (HTV) most frequently, Mazuran said, adding
HTV had failed to send its reporters to 21 consecutive HSU press
conferences.
