ZAGREB, Oct 6 (Hina) - The Croatian Telecom (HT) General Assembly on Wednesday elected a new supervisory board, which elected a new management at a constituent session that followed. This was the first session of the General Assembly
held after the purchase of 35 per cent of HT shares by Deutsche Telekom, a statement from HT said today. Ivica Mudrinic remains at the head of the HT Management. Armin Herbert Schubert was appointed Mudrinic's deputy whereas Gaspar Gacina, Bozidar Pugelnik, Hubert Rudolf Hartl, and Peter Kutz were appointed new members of the Management.

Wednesday elected a new supervisory board, which elected a new
management at a constituent session that followed.
This was the first session of the General Assembly held after the
purchase of 35 per cent of HT shares by Deutsche Telekom, a
statement from HT said today.
Ivica Mudrinic remains at the head of the HT Management. Armin
Herbert Schubert was appointed Mudrinic's deputy whereas Gaspar
Gacina, Bozidar Pugelnik, Hubert Rudolf Hartl, and Peter Kutz were
appointed new members of the Management. #L#
The president of the new, nine-member Supervisory Board is Ivan
Mijatovic and his deputy is Hans-Albert Aukes. New members of the
Supervisory Board are Bozo Prka, Horst Laubscher, Ivica Misetic,
Walter Beforth, Erika Kaspar, Friedbert Gerlach, and Mato
Biluskovic.
On the occasion of the appointment of the new Management and the
Supervisory Board, which marks the beginning of a strategic
partnership with Deutsche Telekom, HT Management President Ivica
Mudrinic said, "Deutsche Telekom's entering Croatian Telecom
grants the Croatian company the best possible access to the
international capital, technology and knowledge, which will enable
a speedier development of HT and Croatian economy in general".
Members of the new management will officially address the Croatian
public in the next couple of days.
