ZAGREB, Oct 4 (Hina) - Advisors at Deutsche Telekom in EPIC did not wish to comment on Monday's decision by the Croatian Government for the sale of 35 per cent of shares in Croatian Telecom (HT) at a price of 850 million US dollars.
Reasons given by EPIC were that they were waiting for Deutsche Telecoms' central office for its comments, likely to be given Tuesday. Runner up Telia/Telenor's advisors too did not wish to comment on the government's decision. Commenting on the government's decision regarding the decision to accept Deutsche Telekom's offer, president of the Croatian Postal and Telecommunications Union Josip Pupic said that the "Government only took into consideration the current interests of the state budget".
