High Representative to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Wolfgang Petritsch
said.
According to the Sarajevo press on Wednesday, in his first
interview with the media since he took over his office, Petritsch

All important problems in Bosnia-Herzegovina exist in both

refugees, Petritsch said.
He warned that one had to finally respect the principle of
responsibility for the situation in the country, and this applied
to both the elected political leaders and the ordinary citizens who
had to participate actively in the politics and decision-making.
