Kofi Annan, who stressed the association's important role in controlling and preventing nuclear weapons and illegal trade in nuclear materials. Croatia's delegation at the conference, which is attended by representatives from more than 120 states, is headed by Mario Nobilo, Ambassador at the Croatian Mission in the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), U.N., and international organisations in Vienna.(hina) rml
