ROME, Sept 23 (Hina) - Representatives of county chambers of commerce from Pula, Rijeka, Zadar, and Split on Thursday presented in Milan more than 150 projects to potential Italian investors. The presentation, attended by some 50
representatives of Italian companies and banks, was organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Croatian Consulate General in Milan. The Italian businessmen expressed interest in projects in tourism and the infrastructure. Both sides assessed today's meetings as successful. Addressing the presentation, Croatian Consul General in Milan Frane Mitrovic reminded that Italy was Croatia's premier trade partner. Italian export accounts for 24 percent of Croatia's entire import, and 21 percent of Croatia's export is intended for the Italian market.
