ZAGREB, Sept 7 (Hina) - The World Bank assigned a project, worth 100,000 US dollars, to the Canadian Society for International Health (CSIH) to help Croatia's Health Ministry to conduct a reform of the health system, the Canadian
Embassy in Zagreb said on Tuesday. The project refers to the categorisation of hospitals and other health facilities in order to make the health programmes more effective with means available to the Croatian public health. The three-month project, which commences immediately, will cover 65 health institutions. A team of Canadian experts and the "Med-Ekon" consultancy firm will carry out the job. So far, CSIH has been involved in health reform projects in Ukraine, Bolivia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.(hina) jn ms
