DALJ DALJ, Sept 7 (Hina) - A memorial plaque on the site of a mass grave at a cemetery in the eastern Croatian village of Dalj was unveiled on Tuesday. The remains of 14 Croatian Homeland War soldiers and civilians, killed during the
Serb aggression, were discovered in the grave last year. The memorial plaque was unveiled by Tonka Kovcalija and Viktorija Kemenji, mother and wife of two Croatian Homeland War soldiers whose bodies were dumped in the grave. Also present were an envoy of the Croatian President Tudjman, Major General Mirko Norac, and vice president of the Croatian National Sabor Jadranka Kosor. According to Kosor, memorial plaques are to be unveiled at 15 mass graves this year. She added that 120 mass graves have been discovered in Croatia so far.(hina) it jn
