LONDON, Aug 23 (Hina) - Yugoslavia experienced US$60 billion damages in recent allied attack on that country stated a report in The Economist on Monday. Yugoslavia's Gross Domestic Product will be decreased by 40 per cent this year
making it Europe's poorest country, replacing Albania. This year's Gross Domestic Product will be some 30% of that in 1989 which is the largest fall recorded in all 27 post-communist countries. The GDP per population in Yugoslavia for 1999 will amount to US$880 compared to ten years ago when this figure was US$1,643.
