ZAGREB, Aug 10 (Hina) - Croatian Premier Zlatko Matesa on Tuesday on the basis of the Constitution forwarded a proposal to the President of the Republic to appoint Ivan Pavlovic new minister of maritime affairs, transport, and
communications. According to a statement from the government's Office for Media and Public Relations, Pavlovic was born in Studenci, Bosnia-Herzegovina, in 1953. He graduated at the Maritime Faculty in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and has been the managing director of the Ploce Harbour since 1990.
