ZAGREB, Aug 3 (Hina) - Radomir Kovac, a Bosnian Serb captured on Monday by French Stabilisation Force (SFOR) members in Bosnia-Herzegovina, will appear before The Hague Tribunal for the first time on Wednesday, the Tribunal reported
on Tuesday. The purpose of the first hearing before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) is for Kovac to enter his plea regarding his indictment. Kovac was indicted in 1996 for the crimes of assault and rape of Muslim women in Foca, eastern BH, which he committed together with several other Bosnian Serbs between spring 1992 and early 1993.(hina) rml.
