PRISTINA, July 20 (Hina) - The Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) Headquarters on Tuesday voiced concern at acts of individuals who claimed to be KLA members and were doing various crimes. The KLA distanced itself from such individuals and
warned it would not let the justified struggle of the KLA be blemished. The KLA also condemned acts of revenge and destruction. According to a statement the Headquarters released, the KLA can understand wrath of individuals against Serbs and a part of the Gypsy minority, as, the KLA maintains, most of them have been involved in killings and demolition in Kosovo. The KLA called on Serbs and member of other minorities in Kosovo, who had not been involved in crimes, to support the Kosovo transitional government and accept the KLA as their own army capable of protecting all citizens of Kosovo.(hina) ms
