Ratsiborinsky proposed that an interparty round table be held in Beli Manastir, at which international factors should be present, with the aim of "pointing to troubles, its causes and trouble- makers," read a statement issued by the Office of Prefect Glavas. Glavas welcomed this initiative and expressed readiness of Croatian authorities to help remove those who are continually making problems from Beli Manastir's authorities. He denounced certain associations' complaints in the media about the work of the town's authorities, adding that associations could nowhere lead a town's policy and so neither in Beli Manastir. Ratsiborinsky informed participants in Thursday's talks about the intention of a few relief agencies to ensure considerable means for the reconstruction of the public utilities in Beli Manastir after the political situation in the town has been stabilised, the statement read.
