SISAK, July 1 (Hina) - Police in Sunja on Thursday pressed charges against two Serbs for war crimes committed in 1991 against eight, as yet unidentified Croatian civilians and soldiers. The remains of the victims were found by
exhumation teams of the government's Commission for Detained and Missing Persons in a wood in Donji Hrastovac near Sunja on June 7 and 8. The suspects, M.B. aged 47, and G.T. aged 36, both from Donji Hrastovac, previously left Croatia and are currently unavailable to Croatian authorities and judicial bodies. An investigation established there is founded suspicion that the two Serbs killed the eight imprisoned Croats in September 1991, and later buried them in a field near the village.(hina) ha
