PRISTINA, July 13 (Hina) - The chief prosecutor of the International War Crimes Tribunal (ICTY), Louise Arbours, said on Tuesday that forensic investigations, conducted in recent weeks in Kosovo, had proved that her decision was
correct to issue an indictment against the Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic. The probes have substantiated very detailed material with evidence which has already been served on the Tribunal to back the Milosevic indictment, but we have not yet published it, Arbour told a news conference in Pristina which she held after her talks with the chief commander of the international peace-keepers in Kosovo (KFOR), Mike Jackson and the temporary head of the UN mission, Sergio Viera de Mello. Commenting on the work of about 100 ICTY representatives in the

and material evidence.
She called on ethnic Albanians to restrain themselves from revenge
against Serbs and to await that war criminals be brought to
justice.
On Wednesday she is to visit villages of Celina and Negavci near
Orahovac in the south-west of Kosovo and Kacanik in the south where
Serbian forces had committed massacres over Albanian civilians.
