ZAGREB, July 12 (Hina) - The Croatian Telecommunications (HT) and Ericsson Nikola Tesla company on Monday signed a contract worth more than US$18.9 million, in line with a long-term agreement on cooperation. According to a statement
from Ericsson Nikola Tesla, the new set of eight contracts includes, among other things, four new digital exchanges - three for Zagreb and one for Gospic. The exchanges will be presented for the first time to the Croatian market with a new hardware and software design. The basic characteristic of the new design is the introduction of new subscriber services, a higher degree of reliability and considerable reduction of necessary space and exploitation costs.
