ZAGREB, July 6 (Hina) - Croatian Transport Minister Zeljko Luzavac held talks with his Hungarian colleague, Kalman Katona, on the promotion of bilateral cooperation in transport, in Budapest on Tuesday. The two officials stressed that
the construction of the Budapest-Gorican-Zagreb-Rijeka highway would be accelerated given that Hungary and Croatia are located on the very important European corridors and considering the need for more efficient transport connections, the Croatian Transport Ministry said in a statement. Luzavec and Kantona confirmed the possibility of implementing a direct flight between Hungary and Croatia as early as the end of July. The two minister also pointed to the need for more efficient railway traffic between the two countries.
