ZAGREB, July 1 (Hina) - The Presidency of the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) held a session on Thursday under the chairmanship of the HDZ President Franjo Tudjman. The Presidency concluded that the negotiations between the HDZ
and the Opposition Six should continue on the package of the electoral legislation and voiced expectations that all contentious issues about this matter be solved and laws adopted by consensus of all parliamentary parties. It also concluded that negotiations should resume with opposition parties on possible amendments and supplements to the law on the Croatian Radio and Television. The Presidency formed a working group for drawing up election programme and proposals for the HDZ election headquarters. The party's Secretary-General, Drago Krpina, was chosen as the coordinator of the working group, the HDZ secretariat reported on Thursday.(hina) ms
