VINKOVCI, June 21 (Hina) - The Norwegian government decided to grant one million German marks of assistance for returnees' family farms in Vukovar-Srijem County, eastern Croatia. Half the amount will be given in gift, while the other
half allocated as a loan which will not be refunded to the Norwegian government; instalments will be paid into a special fund for new investments. The implementation of the assistance programme has been entrusted to Norwegian company "Jaeren Produktutvikling", whose representatives held talks with Vukovar-Srijem County prefect Rudolf Koenig and his deputy Andrija Matic in Vinkovci on Monday.
