ZAGREB, June 21 (Hina) - During Monday's visit of a Korean delegation to the Croatian Chamber of Commerce it was said that the trade between Croatia and Korea totalled 77.14 million dollars. Although Croatia's export to this Asian country was just less than a million dollars, the Croatian economy can offer to Koreans the cooperation in services and investments, said the Chamber of Commerce President's advisor, Branko Gracanin, during the meeting with the delegation led by the Governor of ChilGok Province, Jae Young-Choie. He recalled the cooperation between Korea's Samsung and Croatia's largest seaport of Rijeka. Speaking of industrial potentials of the Korean Province of ChilGok, where the annual production is over five billion dollars, Governor Jae Young-Choie said his country could help Croatia by acquainting this country with its own experiences in the economic progress. He added that last year's crisis in the Korean economy caused the reduction in Korean investments in other countries, adding that the economic circumstances stabilised this year. He said the annual foreign trade of the Republic of Korea totalled 70 billion dollars. The Korean delegation consisting of representatives of 12 firms will visit now four European countries.
