ZAGREB, June 21 (Hina) - Croatia is compatible with the global and European order because its judiciary is independent and based on the Constitution and law, Croatian Justice Minister Zvonimir Separovic said in Zagreb on Monday having
returned from the 22nd European conference of justice ministers held in Moldova on June 18 and 19. Independence, unbiased and expert judges are basic conditions for a democratic judiciary which will, based on the Constitution and laws, protect the human rights of all, as well as the legal order of every country, Separovic said. In a speech, Great Britain also said that no country has a perfect justice system without a flaw, Separovic said adding however, the whole of Europe was moving towards establishing the basic principles in their systems.
