ZAGREB, June 17 (Hina) - Moldovian President on Thursday opened the 22nd European Conference for justice ministers at which Croatia is attending. The discussion was opened by Croatian justice Minister Zvonimir Separovic, who said that
the situation in Croatia, which is a country in transition and is facing numerous post-war problems, is satisfactory when it comes to the independence and unbiasness of judges. Separovic stressed the situation in Croatia was constantly improving, the justice Ministry said in a statement Thursday. He suggested a resolution which would include special care for the independence and unbiasness of judges by training judges in the aspects of human rights, the international criminal law, the rights of victims, with the consolidation of high moral and ethic values of judges.(hina) lml
