ZAGREB, June 16 (Hina) - Representatives of parliament parties on Wednesday signed a motion for a draft constitutional law on the Croatian Constitutional Court to be included in the agenda of a Croatian National Parliament session.
This is a unique occurrence, all parties in the parliament agreed on the same issue, president of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party bench, Vladimir Seks, said. The new law on the Constitutional Court will significantly solidify the role of the Court, he said. The new constitutional law was worked on by a group of experts, and the text was submitted by Seks to parliament party representatives several weeks ago.
