According to first unconfirmed information, it was the official car of Jadranko Martinovic, a director in the "Euroherc" insurance company and a brother of Vinko Martinovic, alias Stela, whose extradition to the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague was approved by Croatia on Tuesday. Statements by eye-witnesses that Jadranko Martinovic was in the car when it exploded has not officially been confirmed. Nothing could be learned of this matter from the Mostar hospital.
