ZAGREB, June 11 (Hina) - Miroslav Separovic, a former justice minister and director of the Croatian Intelligence Service (HIS), suspected of disclosing a state secret, told hina Friday he would request Croatian President or Office for National Security (UNS) director to release him from holding state and other legally determined secrets. He said he would request this so his attorneys could prepare a good case in a possible trial against him. Separovic added this was important so he could defend himself from certain public defamation. He announced his attorneys would also go to relevant bodies, especially the president of the Croatian Bar Association "to check a possible tapping of lawyers and other acts disabling or restricting the right to a defence."
