VARAZDINSKA BANKA EARMARKS US1.8 MILLION FOR DIVIDENDS VARAZDIN, June 8 (Hina) - The Varazdinska Banka concluded the 1998 business year with net earnings amounting to about US$5 million, which is 5.3 percent more than the year before.
The Bank Assembly decided at its annual session held in the north-western Croatian town of Varazdin on Tuesday, to earmark six percent of the profit, namely US$1.8, for dividends intended for shareholders. The Varazdinska Banka Board President, Mato Lukincic, presented data on Bank's business transactions in 1998, and added the Fitch IBCA company granted the Varazdinska Banka the long term credit rating BB+.
