TIRANA, June 6 (Hina) - Albanian sources on Sunday quoted sources close to the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) saying that violent battles were being fought between the KLA and Serbian forces in the Dukagjina area in south-western Kosovo
for the sixth consecutive day. According to KLA news agency Kosovapress, Serbian forces on Saturday used even chemical toxins. Kosovapress further reported that in the past week at least 60 members of the Serbian force were killed in the Dukagjina area. On Sunday, Serbian and Albanian sources were also fighting in the Drenica area, in central Kosovo. According to KLA sources, the KLA killed four and wounded one Serb policemen near the village Gornja Klina.
