ZAGREB CONCERT ZAGREB, May 13 (Hina) - The United States Embassy in Zagreb on Thursday expressed deep regret at the cancellation of a concert of the New-York-based MET Orchestra Metropolitan Orchestra which should have been held in
the Croatian capital on May 18. The Embassy said in a statement that it had seen from the press that this American orchestra had decided to cancel the Zagreb concert. "We deeply regret the orchestra's decision to cancel their Zagreb date. It is definitely not the policy of the Embassy nor of the Department of State in Washington to discourage the visit of any American citizen, public of private, to Croatia nor are there any travel advisories or warnings for Croatia," the statement read. "We are in the process of contacting the MET Orchestra during their current stop in Lisbon to advise them of their mistake and to strongly encourage them to add a date to their tour sometime in the futur
