ZAGREB, May 7 (Hina) - The Presidency of Croatia's ruling party, the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), on Friday held a session chaired by Croatian and HDZ President Franjo Tudjman. According to a HDZ statement, the Presidency
discussed current political issues and concluded it is necessary to continue with efforts aimed at reached an agreement among all parliamentary parties with regard to electoral legislation. It was pointed out an agreement among the parties on this important political issue was in the interest of maintaining internal political stability and strengthening Croatia's international position. The HDZ Presidency also discussed preparations for the party's tenth anniversary, the central event of which will be a session of the party's Main Committee and all bodies on June 26.(hina) ha
