MOSTAR, April 28 (Hina) - Representatives of international organisations located in southern regions of Bosnia-Herzegovina held a joint press conference Wednesday and condemned Tuesday's bomb attempt at the home of the former prefect
of the central Bosnian canton, Ivan Saric. A spokesperson of the Mostar branch of the Office of the High Representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina, Avis Benes called on all authorised international officials to improve efforts to increase the level of security in Bosnia. The head of the OSCE Office in Mostar, Gary Matthews stated that he expected a speedy investigation into the bomb attack. Asked whether the war in Yugoslavia would threaten the municipal elections in Bosnia, Matthew said that he did not expect so. Lennart Kotselainen of the UNHCR's office for southern Bosnia, stressed that because of the war in Yugoslavia, over 20,000 Muslims from Sandzak had taken refuge in Bosnia as had 15,000

Albanians. Some 10,000 Serbs from Yugoslavia have also entered
