ZAGREB, April 21 (Hina) - Workers of "Tisak", Croatia's largest distributor of dailies and magazines, are to begin a general strike at 06.00 pm Wednesday as the Government's decision on the rehabilitation of the company has not been
carried out yet. Therefore, tomorrow's issues of dailies will not be at newsstands of Tisak, said the head of the strike committee, Zdravko Stefekov, at a press conference in Zagreb today. The Tisak trade unions will be on strike as long as the consortium of six banks do not ensure means for salaries and for the sale of cigarettes at Tisak newsstands. Under a rehabilitation programme, these banks should take over majority of the company's shares. According to Tisak unionists, it is necessary to ensure 5 million US dollars to meet such demands. Tisak workers have not received salaries since January. The government adopted a program
