BELGRADE, Apr 12 (Hina) - Both houses of the Yugoslav parliament on Monday began discussing a government decision on Yugoslavia's joining the alliance of Russia and Byelorrusia. The Yugoslav government on Monday morning adopted the
text of the decision on the said alliance and forwarded it to the federal parliament for urgent discussion. Calling the session of the parliament's houses, citizens' council president Milomir Minic and republics' council president Srdjan Bozovic welcomed the "commitment for the access of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to the alliance with Russia and Byelorrusia". The two officials assessed it was a "historical step of great significance for the peoples of Yugoslavia, Russia and Byelorussia on the verge of the 21st century."(hina) ha
