Act and Arms Control Act. Croatia must get approval licence-by-licence to purchase any U.S. military equipment, read a statement forwarded from the U.S. Embassy in Zagreb to Hina on Saturday. "The Department of State recommended such action based on the extensive defense reforms undertaken by the Government of Croatia in recent months to increase transparency of the military budget and enhance civilian control of the military.
