ZAGREB, March 12 (Hina) - Deputy president of the Zagreb County Court and spokesman of the court, Damir Kos, announced there were no indications the trial against Dinko Sakic would be postponed again. Sakic is a former commander of
the Jasenovac concentration camp in Croatia during World War II. He has been indicted for war crimes against civilians. "I believe the panel of judges will convene on Monday," Kos said. The defendant is still under therapy, according to the detention hospital, and his health has stabilised, Kos said. Sakic's attorney Ivan Kern confirmed his client would attend the trial on Monday. "He is feeling well," he said. The Zagreb County Court panel of judges will decide on March 15, based on findings of forensic doctors, whether Sakic will be able to follow the trial.
